Research Assistants (RAs) are integral to research processes in the Centre for Learning Innovation and more broadly within the Faculty. They undertake various strategic research tasks in supporting the productivity of members of the Faculty's research community, including:
- literature searching and reviews
- writing and editing academic articles
- ethical clearances
- grant budgeting and writing
- data entry
- conducting interviews and focus groups
- qualitative and quantitative analyses
We have two types of RAs, Centre RAs and Project RAs. You can request research support via our contact page.
The Centre recognises the importance of effective research assistance to research productivity, and has instigated an innovative Research Assistants - Professional and Intellectual Development Program, RA-pid. This program involves formal and informal upskilling opportunities, a centralised employment conduit, and support network.
