Assoc. Professor Brian Delahaye - Course Coordinator
The Master of Education program is a research degree which provides the opportunity for students to conduct a supervised independent research project on a topic of their choice resulting in the submission of a thesis. Students are supervised by a principal and an associate supervisor and undertake research within the Faculty's Centre for Learning Innovation. The course is normally completed in one year of full time study. The Master of Education (Research) is ideal for those who desire to develop their research, analytical and writing skills. Free choice of topic provides the opportunity for students to undertake research in an area which is appropriate to their personal interests and professional requirements. Completion of the Master of Education (Research) award will equip students for entry in the Doctor of Philosophy (PhD) or Doctor of Education (EdD). Detailed information about the course is available from the course booklet: Please contact m.clowes@qut.edu.au or phone 3138 5448 for more information.
