The members of the Centre have a strong record in research output in the areas of:
- publications (books, book chapters, peer reviewed journal articles and conference papers);
- the attainment of research grants and research income;
- recruitment of HDR students; and
- HDR student completions.
In addition to research output, evidence of the international standing of members of the CLI includes:
- invitations to present keynote addresses
- collaborations with international scholars
- the receipt of research awards
- a vigorous program of visiting scholars
- editorial positions on internationally recognised journals
- regular reviewing for internationally recognised journals
- membership (including the adoption of leadership roles) of a range of professional organisations
